I would love to hear your Feedback on any of the recipes, layout or general comments about anything contained within this Blog. Some recipes are family recipes, some friends, some "stolen" with the addition of my own flavor but mostly, these are recipes that I have come up with over the years.

The first dish I ever made was a frozen packet beef, instant mash and snap freeze peas... I moved on to Spagnetti Carbonara, from there made my very first Chinese Meal - for 12 people. Since then I've not been able to stop... If you love food and cooking as much as I do, you'll appreciate the time that I have put into getting this Blog set up...
