Beef Eye Fillet Asian Marinade with Green beans - my way

Marinade
500g Best beef eye fillet
1 tbsp Oyster sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp dry sherry
1 tbsp Shao Hsing cooking wine

Vegetables
Handful of fresh green beans, washed and topped and tailed
1 Clove Garlic, crushed
1 small red chilli sliced (optional)
1 small red onion, sliced
Black Pepper

Method:
Place all of the marinade sauces into a bowl and mix well. Cut up the steak into bite size pieces and place into the marinade sauce. Leave to marinade in the fridge for 1 hour or overnight if you have the time.

Heat up some oil in a frying pan/wok until the oil is very hot. Drop in the steak and cook on sizzling heat for 5 minutes maximum, constantly stirring. Remove immediately and keep to the side and keep warm. Heat little more oil, add the garlic, chilli and green beans. Fry quickly for around 2 minutes, add the steak back to the pan to heat. Remove form the heat and serve on to a serving platter. Sprinkle with the raw red sliced onion and enjoy.
