Middle Eastern Red Salad

Middle Eastern Red Salad

Ingredients:
2 very red and fresh Tomatoes, seeds removed and very thinly chopped.
1 small red Chilli, sliced
1 small Red Capsicum/pepper, very thinly chopped with seeds and membrane removed
1 tbsp Fresh chopped Coriander
1 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice

Method:

Mix all of the above together into a bowl and serve
