Creamy Garlic Mash

Creamy Garlic Mash

Ingredients
2 Large Potatoes
¼ cup Milk, heated
1 tbsp butter
Seasoning
1 large clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Method
Boil the potatoes until they are soft. Remove and drain. Using a potato masher, mash the potatoes dry. Once mashed, add the heated milk, butter, garlic and season to taste. Finally add the parsley.
