Chinese Chicken

Chinese Chicken

Ingredients:
2 Chicken Fillets
3 Tbsp dark Soy Sauce
3-4 Cloves Garlic, crushed
3 tsp grated ginger
3 tbsp Dry Sherry
1/2 cup cornflour
Oil to fry

Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Mix all of the above ingredients together minus the cornflour and oil. Marinade in the fridge for at least an hour. Remove and drain the marinade off the chicken. Mix the chicken in with the cornflour. Heat the oil in a pan, when the oil is hot enough add the chicken in batches and fry until cooked.
