Marinade for Fillet Steak
Ingredients
2 medium size fillet steaks
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Teriaki Sauce
1 tsp Wholegrain Mustard
1 tsp Honey
Method:
Marinade the steaks in the above for around an hour and then place on the BBQ to cook.
