Spicy Garlic, Chilli & Basil Chicken

Spicy Garlic, Chilli & Basil Chicken

Ingredients:
4 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 Large Red Chilli’s, finely chopped
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Hand full of Green Beans
1 large Chicken Fillet
½ Cup Thai Basil Leaves, roughly torn
2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 Large Red Chilli for decoration
Jasmine Rice

Method:
In a pestle and mortar, paste together the garlic, chilli and ½ teaspoon of sea salt. Add oil to the pan and gently fry the chilli & garlic for around 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the green beans and chicken and fry for 5 mins in high heat until chicken is almost cooked. Reduce heat, add the sauces and sugar and stir on low heat. Add thinly sliced chillil. Add Basil leaves to serve.

Serve with boiled jasmine rice.
